The future is our creation. Timespace energy, the ultimate medium out of which to create the most sublime reality of which we can conceive.
“Our thoughts have always – through the ages – created the future. Every thought we think, every word we use to share that thought, helps build the future, not just our own, but that of all living things on this tiny majestic rock full of life. — Searching for Galileo; Annette Jahnel
‘This is the perfect place for paradise’ is a participation art project that aims to enlist everyone to help create paradise with their thoughts and actions.
“That is what we are supposed to do when we are at our best – make it all up – but make it up so truly that later it will happen that way.”– Ernest Hemingway
“Our thoughts are not something to be carelessly dismissed; they are our superpower, with them we are all ‘making it up’ as we go along. There is some responsibility in that, we should carefully consider what we make up.”– Searching for Galileo; Annette Jahnel
Society excludes the artist from their decision making process at their peril. For who is more qualified to imagine and create a beautiful future than an artist?
What do you see?
A trained and flexible brain can hold both images and shift effortlessly between them, allowing a constant reminder of both possibilities, and the recognition that we decide what we see, what we react to, what we create.
For the untrained brain the world view becomes fixed. There grows a fierce attachment to the reality that we have created, and a strong belief that what is, is the only way it can be. We call this creating a paradigm.
A scientific/social revolution occurs when we encounter anomalies that cannot be explained by the universally accepted paradigm, within which scientific/social progress has thereto been made. The paradigm is the entire worldview in which it exists, and all of the implications that come with it. There are anomalies for all paradigms that are brushed away as acceptable levels of error, or simply ignored and not dealt with.
When enough significant anomalies have accrued against a current paradigm, the scientific/social discipline is thrown into a state of crisis.’ – summation -Thomas Kuhn The Structure of Scientific Revolutions.
Paradigms, or fixed worldviews, exist in all human activities. When challenged, the brain experiences cognitive dissonance, which results in something cognitive neuroscientists call ‘backfire.’
“The phenomenon — known as ‘backfire’ — is “a natural defense mechanism to avoid that cognitive dissonance.” In the presence of the correct information, such people react very differently than the merely uninformed. Instead of changing their minds to reflect the correct information, they can entrench themselves even deeper.” Brendan Nyhan
Recognizing the above mental anomaly helps to prepare the brain for a paradigm shift.
The Essential Knowledge co. was founded to provide a vehicle to take us the beyond the first hurdle; changing the way we use our brains to change the way we think about ourselves and our relationship with our planet.
The future is our ultimate creation. A creation that we all participate in, with each thought we have, each action we take. This is the perfect place for paradise project visualizes a creative collaboration of all of humanity. It all starts in our brains, becoming aware of our brains, and the need to train and nurture them to develop the resilience and flexibility required to acquire a thought process that is able to build paradise.
It all starts by training and toning the one body part that you probably never think about – your brain.
The goals that people wish to achieve with peak mental performance training are diverse but the barrier emotion to all positive change is fear.
Our growing knowledge of how the brain works on a biological level is allowing us to see that by learning to control the brain, courage becomes second nature. We start to access the mind more fully, to push our boundaries, until we realize that with the application of daily training techniques our potential is limitless.
